No, no, no. Not that kind. I’m back on my super healthy eating kick. Again. I gave myself a little talking to last night. It went something like this:
Self: “You say you will do anything to be successful in the way you want to be, but the way you eat is not good for your health, makes you tired and is not part of living your best life. If you really are serious about your goals, eat the way you need to and stop making excuses.”
Me: “Damn. You’re totally right.
It was a short conversation because I was right!
